Directed Mental Training Influence Brain Wave and Grip Power

Abstract
Objective: I wished to search effect and mental training availability getting in change of directed mental training(below, mental training) this grip power the used in various field through brain waves measurement.

Methods: Studies subject person chose 15 Yeoju college learning crowds random, and man is 5 people, and woman was 10 people. Research was 23 from September 16, 2008. Using JAMAR Hydraulic Hand Dynamometer grip power using CANS3000 after measure first series 3th background brain waves measurement and arbitration through mental training do and grip power measured sequence 3times again, and statistical analysis is SPSS Win Ver. 17.0 using.
Results: According to mental training, there are no difference in grip strength. Value that keep in mind as statistical in grip power was not seen, but mean value was shown increase. But power spectrum of brain sensory motor rhythm was shown change of after mental training. Subjects were shown value that keep in mind as statistical.
Conclusion: Statistical mental training through grip power value is not significance. But, average grip power increased. Sensory motor rhythm waves increase value, in patches measure value definite statics. This study shown mental training bear on the people, that had need of this type studies.
